- do my shoulder exercises every night
- pray more
- spend less time on Facebook
- spend less time on my computer at home
- improve my swimming
- endurance - 10 x 25 yard lengths without stopping
- speed - 100 yards in 1:45
- start road biking
This is a blog for me to nerd out about whatever it is that I think is cool at the moment. It could be anything really, a movie, TV show, gadget, whatever. I also want this to be a place where I can publicize changes I am making in my life as a way of making me more accountable. If you and I both know what I am trying to do then maybe there's more incentive for me to not fail. Or if I do fail to figure out why and try it again a different way.
