Here are some changes I'd like to see in my life, and some things I'd like to try.
  • lose about 10 pounds, get rid of that spare tire I still have around my waist
  • consume 30 grams of protein within 30 minutes of waking up
  • read more - turn the TV off by 8PM and read
  • do my shoulder exercises every night
  • pray more
  • spend less time on Facebook
  • spend less time on my computer at home
  • improve my swimming
    • endurance - 10 x 25 yard lengths without stopping
    • speed - 100 yards in 1:45
  • start road biking
